EXPERIENCE

Co-Founder, Vice President, Treasurer, Instructor,
Gallatin Community Gun Club (2025-Present)

I co-founded the Gallatin Community Gun Club, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting firearm safety, preparedness, and community education. As Vice President and Treasurer, I oversee organizational operations, budgeting, scheduling, and strategic planning while coordinating educational classes, community events, volunteer instructors, and member communications. I also support fundraising initiatives, community outreach, and partnerships with local organizations, and manage the club’s website, social media, newsletters, and day-to-day administrative operations to help further our mission of creating a safe, inclusive, and well-informed community.

Administrative Assistant, Pediatric Therapy Clinic, Inc. (2023-Present)

In my administrative role at a pediatric therapy clinic, I maintained HIPAA compliance while managing confidential client records, documentation, and electronic filing systems. I assisted callers and walk-in visitors, coordinated administrative communications, and managed shared Outlook calendars. My responsibilities also included updating staff schedules, tracking attendance and supervision reports, supporting the onboarding of new team members, maintaining invoices and office inventory, and ensuring the front office operated efficiently. In addition, I contributed to clinic operations through social media management, event coordination, and a variety of administrative projects that supported both staff and client needs.

Registered Behavior Technician, Pediatric Therapy Clinic, Inc.
(2023-Present)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I provided one-on-one behavioral support to children ages 2–11 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I collaborated closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and protecting client confidentiality. I also assisted with program development, created instructional materials, and collected and analyzed behavioral data to monitor client progress and support individualized treatment planning.

Front Office / Clerical, Bozeman Health (2017-2023)

As a Patient Access Specialist, I served as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, providing professional and compassionate customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. I managed multi-line phone systems, scheduled and updated patient appointments using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, verified patient demographics and insurance information, and facilitated efficient check-in and check-out procedures. I maintained HIPAA compliance while handling confidential patient information and processed referrals, medical records requests, and administrative documentation through scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry. I also collaborated with providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support daily clinic operations, maintain organized office systems, and ensure patients received timely, high-quality service.

Merchandise Manager, Barnes & Noble (2015-2017)

As a Merchandising Supervisor, I oversaw daily merchandising operations, inventory management, and sales floor presentation to ensure company standards were consistently met. I created promotional displays, managed shipments and stock replenishment, and maintained inventory accuracy while supporting overall store organization. I also supervised and trained team members, assisted with scheduling and daily operations during high-volume periods, and provided exceptional customer service through product recommendations and support for store events and promotions. In partnership with management, I contributed to achieving sales goals, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
